Instagram

Instagram posts go through the Facebook Page your Instagram is linked to. Do these once:

1. Switch to a professional account. In the Instagram app, open your profile, tap the menu (three lines), then Account type and tools and Switch to professional account. Pick Creator or Business. Both are free.
2. Link it to a Facebook Page. In the Instagram app, tap Edit profile, then Page, and connect the Page you manage. No Page yet? Create one, it is free.
3. Connect in SocAils. On Accounts, press Connect on Facebook + Instagram. Sign in with the Facebook login that manages the Page, then tick the Page. Its Instagram comes with it.

Facebook Page

SocAils posts to Facebook Pages, not to personal profiles.

1. No Page yet? Create one, it is free.
2. On Accounts, press Connect on Facebook + Instagram and sign in with the Facebook login that manages your Page.
3. When Facebook asks which Pages SocAils may use, leave your Page ticked. Back in SocAils, tick it again and press Add selected Pages.

TikTok

1. On Accounts, press Connect on TikTok.
2. Sign in to TikTok and allow SocAils to post for you.
3. When you post, the TikTok card asks who can see the video. Posts go straight to TikTok, or pick Draft to finish one in the TikTok app.

Private or under-18 TikTok accounts can't be connected.

YouTube

1. On Accounts, press Connect on YouTube.
2. Pick your Google account. If Google asks you to choose between your email and your channel, pick the channel.
3. Allow access, so SocAils can upload your videos and answer comments.

More than one channel? Press Add another for each one.

LinkedIn

1. Your profile: on Accounts, press Connect on LinkedIn, sign in and allow access. Videos then post to your own profile.

LinkedIn asks you to connect again every 2 months. The Accounts tab says when.

Dropbox folder

Put videos in a folder and they show up in Compose on their own, within a minute.

1. Dropbox: on Accounts, under Video sources, press Connect on Dropbox. SocAils gets its own folder in your Dropbox, Apps/SocAils. Put videos in it from your phone or computer.
