Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Naylor Holdings LLC, Maumelle, Arkansas, USA ("SocAils", "we"), and cover your use of SocAils, a service for drafting, scheduling and publishing posts to social-media accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- One person per account. Agencies managing several clients should use one SocAils account per client or ask us about a team plan.
Your content
You own what you upload. You give SocAils only the permission it needs to store, process (for example re-encode, trim a cover frame, or add a watermark) and publish your content where you tell it to. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post, for the products you link, and for following each platform's rules.
Acceptable use
- No spam, unlawful content, or content that breaks a platform's community guidelines.
- No posting to accounts you do not control.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- No reselling access to SocAils.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Platforms
Posts are delivered through each platform's official API. A platform may reject, delay or remove a post, change its rules, or revoke SocAils' access, and SocAils cannot control that. Each platform's own terms apply to what you publish there, including the YouTube Terms of Service for anything sent to YouTube.
Plans, billing and refunds
- Free includes 1 connected account, 5 AI posts a month (an AI post is a video or photo the AI reads and writes for; posts you write yourself never count), 20 scheduled posts, 3 stored videos, and uploads up to 250 MB. The 5 free AI posts belong to the connected YouTube, Instagram or TikTok account, not to the email address.
- Pro is $20 per month or $199 per year and includes 5 connected accounts, 100 AI posts a month, 500 scheduled posts, 200 stored videos, and uploads up to 1 GB. New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial: a card is required, the trial includes up to 15 AI posts, and if you cancel before the 7 days are up you are not charged. One free trial per person and per card. Current limits are always shown on your Account page and may change with notice.
- Business is $49 per month or $490 per year and includes 3 brands, each with its own voice, connected accounts and schedule; up to 15 connected accounts (5 per brand); 300 AI posts a month shared across the brands; 500 scheduled posts and 200 stored videos per brand; and uploads up to 1 GB.
- Posted videos are removed 7 days after their last scheduled post goes out (on the Free plan, the night after it goes out); captions and post history are kept. SocAils is a posting tool, not a video archive, so keep your originals.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Account page (web) or from your App Store / Google Play subscriptions (mobile). You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds, web purchases: email support@socails.com within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full. Renewal charges are not refunded. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this also covers your legal 14-day right to cancel.
- Refunds, app-store purchases: handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue those ourselves.
- If a payment fails you keep your plan for 3 days while the card is retried, then the account drops to Free limits until payment succeeds.
- Web prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your country adds. In the iPhone and Android apps, Apple or Google show the price in your local currency, including the tax they collect.
AI-written captions
Caption drafts are written by an AI model and can be wrong, awkward, or miss something in your video. Read every draft before it posts. You are responsible for what you publish.
No warranty, limit of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SocAils is not liable for missed, late, duplicated or failed posts, lost content, lost revenue, or actions taken by a third-party platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid SocAils in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; that cancels any web subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may shut the service down with 30 days' notice, in which case unused prepaid time is refunded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you agree to that venue. If you are a consumer outside the US, you keep the protections of the consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes
We will post any changes to these terms on this page with the date they take effect and email you about material changes. Using SocAils after that date means you accept them.
